Cancellation Policy

Our advisory sessions are designed for business owners who are serious about impact, income, and intentional growth. This policy ensures clarity, alignment, and a high-level experience for every client. All Business Advisory Sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking. This is a paid strategic engagement and not a discovery or sales call. Scope of Advisory Advisory sessions are strategic and consultative in nature. Sessions focus on clarity, positioning, decision-making, and next-level direction for your business. This service does not include implementation, done-for-you work, ongoing coaching, content creation, or post-session support unless explicitly stated at booking. Requests outside the scope may require a separate engagement. Preparation & Participation Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Any required intake forms or materials must be submitted prior to the session. Session time will not be extended due to late arrival or lack of preparation. Timeframes & Communication Sessions are delivered within the scheduled timeframe only. Follow-up communication or additional support is not included unless specified in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling All advisory sessions are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours will be forfeited. Results Disclaimer Advisory sessions provide expert insight and strategic guidance. Results are not guaranteed and depend on client execution, resources, and consistency. Professional Conduct Respectful, professional communication is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior or boundary violations may result in early termination of the session without refund. Agreement By booking a Business Advisory Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
